Re: [ECS] Caller-ID and area code removal

Under the assumtion that everyone will approve, I just changed
the logic such that the area-code will be suppressed from
the caller-id-number item if it matches that of the local area.
I am about to upload this fix (ECSW only for now).
IF ANYONE OBJECTS TO THIS CHANGE, SPEAK NOW.
