I need a utility to query my IRQ's.  The ECS machine's hard disk recently
met certain death.  It previously had DOS 6.0 and windoz 3.1.   My new Hard
Disk has only DOS 7.0.  I need a utility to inquire as to the IRQ settings
for the hardware.
