You mean, Windows 95, right? There is a tool MSD.EXE that comes with DOS
and will tell you, to some extent, what IRQs you are using. It's not
completely reliable as rather than actually testing, it will make
assumptions. I believe it's still included with 95, or else try looking for
a tool names WINMSD.EXE
