The NEC PS2506 pinouts:

Opto #1: Anode=1, Cathode=2, Collector=16, Emitter=15
Opto #2: Anode=3, Cathode=4, Collector=14, Emitter=13
Opto #3: Anode=5, Cathode=6, Collector=12, Emitter=11
Opto #4: Anode=7, Cathode=8, Collector=10, Emitter=9

Can's seem to put my hands on DigiKey's catalog, but if you have one,
there's a pinout diagram in there.
