Hi Mark!

As Dan Hoehnen gets closer to what is going to be a truly awesome
integration with ECS, it has become apparent that we really need a command
to invert the state of an item.  This would allow one button in ACE to be
used to turn something on and off.  Also, it would be very helpful if we
could also have a command to increment an item's state if it has more than
two states.

Would it be possible for you to add these two commands - or perhaps expand
the functionality of the "I" command to accommodate this functionality?
