It was ISN part number 494620.
RocketPort PCI Octacable 8 ports Model
32 bit, 35 MHz, DB25 male.
Comtrol part number is 95850-5.
You can check out http://www.comtrol.com .
Then go to RocketPort products.
I got a PCI board 'cause I have lots of PCI slots, not many ISA.
They also have ISA boards, lots of choices in all respects.
