Hi Mark, I have found that even though you dont have a system conflict on the device manager, the error message was correct. The memory conflict will not show up until you run the device. If you strip your system of devices and add them in one at a time you'll find the conflicting device. I once spent two hours with Microsoft trying to troubleshoot a problem like this and they couldnt find it.
