If you bought this brand new, you might call the company's technical support and make
them fix it....

I did tech support for years, and sometimes it is a simple driver, or they know a special
trick that they *forgot* to tell you.  Besides, who better to know really how the board
works than the people who made it....  I even had a vendor one time say, oh, there is
a problem with that board combination and you have to run it in *this* mode to get it
to work.
