When you first installed the card did Windows find it as "New 
Hardware" and take you throught the Hardware Wizard in order to 
set it up?  The reason I am asking is because if you go through 
that routine they give you an option to use Windows drivers or you 
choose "Have disk" in which you choose "Have disk". If you 
choose the general Windows driver it will not work. I actually have a 
Flexport 8s but it is the ISA version. Now that I think back it was a 
bit confusing on the procedure they describe to install the card. If 
you go into Device manager and remove ALL of the com ports 
when you reboot it should find the two on the motherboard (If they 
are enabled) and then find the Flexport which should take you 
through the hardware setup wizard.
