Mark,

I might be missing something here but by the looks of the error, you don't
have a problem with an IRQ.  In the same are you found the IRQ listing,
there is a place you will find all your allocated memory.  You should be
able to find a suitable place to manually set the memory on this device if
everything else fails.  I have had some luck in the area but as all the
other help suggests, this is a hit an miss deal..  Good luck
