I have too many things running in the background ECS
will began to lose time and slow down.

I have been building on to my ECS system a lot lately and 
now my PC hangs once in a while. I thought I remembered 
reading a post where someone had a hang problem when he had 
a lot of windows open. I thought it had something to do with 
a resource problem and Mark found a bug that fixed it. Is 
my memory correct and if it is does anyone know which version 
the bug was in. I am running 4.2.009. Is there any way to 
help track down this problem.
