	I don't think that the Innovonics panel and executive keypad is more (or
much more) than the DSc price you quoted.  Check with an alarm outfit, such
as ADI.  They generally will sell to individuals on a cash (cc) basis for
close to dealer prices.  Note that a panel from ADI will need to be
modified to enable 2-way communication (it comes from factory for 1-way
communication).  Mod consists of soldering 1 resistor (I believe) to the
circuit board.  If someone needs the mod for the panel, I can dig it up.
