RE: [ECS] INVERT problem

ECS version 3.4.012 had a problem with the INVERT option. If the state#
filed was set to 1 in ace and the item state was true, then it would
toggle to false when teh button was pressed, but not back to true when it
was pressed again. Now, once the item is false, a button setup to send
an INVERT command with the state# set to 0 will toggle the item to true,
but not back to false.

I told Mark about this and I think he fixed it in the current version on
his ftp site, but I haven't tried it yet. I'm going to be playing with
it tonight so I'll let you know.
