Basically, those 3 message numbers that it listed never got to you (they
bounced) and if messages kept bouncing, you'd be removed from the list
automatically. But you got this message, so you're ok.
To retrieve those lost messages, you can e-mail:
ecs-list-get.#@vancouver.ml.org
# being the message number.
