Caller-ID is not being recognized.  It is not being Displayed, Logged, nor
spoken via ECST.

The phone answering sytem is still functioning ok.  ECST will "take messages"
and allow local or remote phone control of events.  So that part is all OK.

The only change I made in the Config file was to replace "Announce->Display"
with "Display" and "Announce->Speaker" with "Speak".
