Bill,
1) Prepare to re-create the problem
2) Press ctrl-x & alt-c (IGNORE display changes)
3) Trigger problem & wait a few secs
4) Press alt-c once and ctrl-x 9 times
5) Exit ECS & email me CPT.TMP
