Subject: From: Date: | ECS & Phone Messages Bill Walters Sat, 19 Sep 1998 12:14:27 -0500 |
Fellow list dwellers -
I'm contemplating moving to ECS (windows) and I have several questions
for those of you who are using it -
Assuming you are using ECS as your phone answering system (with
Caller-ID, etc., etc.)
1. How do you initiate playback of messages?
2. How do you delete an individual message?
3. How do you "skip" a message when you're hearing it?
As I read the documentation, it appears to me that there are two ways to
manage your phone messages: A) stand at your computer console, or, B)
call in from a second phone line.
What am I missing ????
