LM14a Lamp Module
The X10 LM14A from X10 Home Automation offers several enhanced features. The
LM14A supports the X10 status request command. This command enables you to
verify that the X-10 module controlling the lamp is on or off. A status
command sent by a home automation system that supports this command such as
ECS, JDS Time Commander or HomeVision will get a response of Status=ON or
Status=off. This has many positive implications. If you turn a lamp on you
can poll it to confrm it received the command. You can also use this feature
to keep the status of your devices current within your home automation
system. Please note that the status will only reflect the on off state not
the dim level
