Is there a module that does read extended codes? Those of us with RCS thermostats and Dimming modules would benefit greatly if we had the capability of reading the extended codes. -----Original Message----- From: Craig Chadwick [mailto:csi@csi3.com] Sent: Sunday, September 20, 1998 10:21 pm To: homevision-users@warren.MENTORG.COM Subject: Re: [HOMEVIS] Homevision and 2 way x-10 support HomeVision can request the ON/OFF status from these modules, but it cannot read the level. This is a limitation of the TW-523 module, as it cannot receive the "extended code" these modules use to report their status (but the TW-523 CAN transmit "extended codes"). I believe there's an article on our web site describing how to read the ON/OFF status. HomeVision can request the ON/OFF status from these modules, but it cannot
read the level. This is a limitation of the TW-523 module, as it cannot
receive the "extended code" these modules use to report their status (but
the TW-523 CAN transmit "extended codes"). I believe there's an article on
our web site describing how to read the ON/OFF status.
