HV/DIMMING

Guys, This HV-dimming is proving problematic for two reasons:
1) Fast dimming causes VERY strange results - dimming to 0%
   only goes to around 18%.
2) Fast-dimming to 12% causes the HV to report a "ghost"
   DIM command when the initial dim command completes
   (resulting in an eventual ECS State of 6%). This kind
   of behavior doesn't make for sound sleep.
3) Slow-dimming can still halt ECS if it needs to issue
   another command to the HV (since it needs to wait for
   the initial dim command to complete).

SO, I reverted back to the original code.
IF you still want to use the HV dimming,
use the following command:
	SET ECS_PLC_IFC_2J_DIM={d}
where {d} is 1 for slow dimming and 2 for fast
dimming. BUT YOU ARE OWN YOUR OWN :-).
