Hi all,

Could anyone help with setting up CID?
I'm not getting how the items and events would work from the
doc's. I assume you first have a CID item defining the type
of CID. In my case it would be CID-C. Then there would be
a CID number type item defining a persons phone number.
Then what is the item Caller-ID type for that has fields
for both name and number? How should the event read to
speak the name of the calling party?
