I haven't tried the Cntrl-X, but my passes per second have also dropped
quite a bit with this version.

Hi Mark!

I just noticed that using the new version of ECSW (3.4.013) causes my event
processing down to 3 passes per second (as opposed to the 12 I normally
get).  I tried going back to the pervious version (3.4.012) and all is fine.

In addition, when I hit <cntrl-x> once, I see this stuff continually:
