David,
I've been a "non-technical" user of ECS for many years and love it.
The real problems I run into are with the devices, modems etc.
I can only imagine how difficult it must be for Mark to keep up with
them all in supporting them. That said I really think ECS can go
mainstream with proper doc's and support.
