Hi,

After getting to a few sample files on CID from the FTP site, all dated 
over a year old, I still don't get it. How and where does
ECS "check" a text file for names and numbers, and what type of item
is that? The event part of the announcing seems straightforward enough, 
I just can't get ECS to match a name or number.
