When comparing potential suppliers, compare the whole package:

* Our prices below include  unlimited help  with  toll-free  calls in the
US. Several dealers provide support only by email.

* Some dealers have charged as much as $146 for the programming software

All items are guaranteed for one year by Panasonic. Any item found to be
defective within two weeks of receipt may be exchanged through us or
repaired by Panasonic. After two weeks, repairs or replacements are handled
directly by Panasonic. Most malfunctions are due to mistakes, not defects.
Please call us before returning anything.

We can provide wire, cable, jacks, terminal blocks, adapters, surge
protectors, tools, other phones, headsets, public address equipment, and
various accessories.

Prices for headsets and installation supplies and tools are on our Website.

We generally DO NOT sell the common consumer-oriented phone products that
are readily available from local retailers and mail-order sources.

If you order a KX-TD308, 816 or 1232, ask for a FREE COPY of the
programming/back-up software. (This is provided exclusively for use with
YOUR system. You are not licensed to make copies for others.)

We will provide a FREE JACK with each phone ordered. Please ask, and specify
quantities of flush-mount, surface-mount, and wall-mount.

Equipment is generally readily available; but there are occasional shortages
of some items, particularly during the last days of the onth.

We've been in business since 1977, and started selling to online clients on
CompuServe in 1991, and have been on the Web since February, 1996.

We accept major credit cards, and also ship COD (for certified or bank
checks or cash), and accept bank wire transfers and checks in advance of
shipping. If you pay in advance by check, we will ship after your check
clears.

There is a 5% fee on non-defective returns from charged sales, and on
