Subject: From: Date: | DOS 3.4 upgrade results? Wayne Wittenberg Fri, 09 Oct 1998 22:05:29 -0400 |
I have upgraded to ECST version 3.4 in the past couple days. Today it
refused to accept my macro over the phone to play my voice messages.
I got the following type of error messages in my log:
O 10/09 12:31 PM:lseek failure:20020/14584 ("Macro Value" line 42)
O 10/09 12:31 PM:lseek failure:20150/14714 ("Macro Value" line 38)
O 10/09 12:32 PM:lseek failure:20540/15104 ("Macro Value" line 42)
O 10/09 12:32 PM:lseek failure:21060/15624 ("Macro Value" line 42)
O 10/09 5:17 PM:lseek failure:21710/16274 ("Macro Value" line 42)
The event is:
Else If Macro-Value Is 11
Then Speak-Messages Set Play
I got a similar message if I tried to press the delete key on a line in the
F4 log screen. Mark G, I do have the cpt.tmp & dbg.tmp, if you want them.
Rebooting has fixed the problem.
-----
Is there a setting to make the numeric 'enter' work like the regular 'enter'
key? I don't like the new way the numeric 'enter' key works. For example,
if a state is 12 and I want to change it to 34, I can just type 34 then
'enter'. If I type 34, then use the numeric enter, I end up with a state of
'3412'.
Thanks,
Wayne
