Hi,

"How many computers does it take for ECS to answer a telephone".

Personally I think it's great and a plus to ECS that it's even possible
to set up a separate dos machine with a Bigmouth just to answer
the phone, but I really hope it's  not being viewed as a fix. Unless of 
course we want the HA community answering  the question above.
(Incorrectly of course).
