I wouldn't consider it a fix for ECS. I would consider it a getarround
for poor windows hardware compatability. I would definately consider it
a plus for ECS in the sense that you can have the best of both worlds
and use what you want for what it works best for. It would be a nice
thing for ECS to have that capability built into it, but I realize that
would be a bit of work for Mark to do, espetially if he is so busy on
the Windows 4.0 version. Unfortunately for us, if we try to build that
type of power into our systems, we need to recreate state holders for
everything in our windows machines that we would want to control and
mirror states between the machines for local and remote control from the
Bigmouth cards. At least that is that I can not think of any other way
to do local and remote sessions from the dos machine. It would however
allow the windows machine to keep running happily along during phone
sessions.
