Some features have been added to hopefully make this list more friendly
and easier to use.  Subscription/unsubscription can ALSO be performed by
sending a message to ecs-list-request@vancouver.ml.org with one of these
commands in the subject:

subscribe
unsubscribe
digest subscribe
digest unsubscribe

Features that may be implemented depending on feedback:
1.  automatic removal of HTML and attachments (except text attachments)
2.  password protected FTP site available to all ECS-list members for
    showing what you have to others
3.  HTML archive (may or may not be searchable) of all list
    discussions (starting several months ago)
4.  a new list for specialized discussion
    (e.g. a moderated announcement only list)
5.  more suggestions are welcome!

If you have any suggestions or think something is happening that
shouldn't, please let me know!
