Mark,

First I tried playing TTS through the modem via Speak->PC:SP. Had no
trouble doing so over and over. However I HAVE found a repeatable way to
hang the modem. It will happen on ANY call where ECS answers and needs to
say "goodbye." if somebody calls and ECS answers but detects that they have
hung up (and thus never starts the "recording" process) everything is fine.
However if somebody tries to record a message OR ECS tries to record (not
realizing that the caller hung-up) the system will hang. I attached two
debug files. The first one has the system hanging with TTS speaking
"goodbye." The second one hangs with a recording of "goodbye."

I CAN do remote phone sessions without any problem. ECS does use TTS to
speak goodbye at the end of this session.

Mark, Just try to play TTS or recordings thru the modem and see
if you can come up with a repeatable lockup - then we can
probably find the problem.
