Hello Again,

Two more questions for the list If I may:

1.  I know this has been addressed many times in the past, I apologize.  How
can I dim a light without turining on to 100 first.  ie dim immediately to
48%

2.  I remember a while back there was a ftp weather site where you can get
text weather.  Logging in as anonymous.  Anyone remember.  Anyone using a
ftp site that works well with ECS for this?
