Mark,
E.exe is mentioned in the doc's,14.0 paragraph 5, as one to
use to edit downloads for ECS to speak.
Also I haven't been able to Reset Phone-C after the download.
It stays "Not Operational". I have to restart ECS to get it
connected again.
