Looking more closely as the windows are called up when not currently
displayed on the monitor, it appears that the window pops up larger than
normal, then goes down to its normal size. The flash looks like they
are longer vertically. Kind of like windows wants to create the window
at some size and then ECS sets up its own size and the window resizes to
that size. All just in a flash. It does not cause a problem, but I was
just wondering. Possibly it is some setting within my windows system?
