I am about to upload ECS.ZIP to BETA (ECS.EXE only).
With the exception of the Event editor, all screens
are operational (though NOT very thoroughly tested).
I hope to have the Event editor done in 2 days.

Does anyone have an idea on how best to handle help displays ?
Should I just read ECS.TXT into a large "list" dialog box
(not unlike the Message log list) ?
Or perhaps I should I have ECS launch WORDPAD ?

Regarding dimming with the new TC, I still need the
new spec.
