I have a problem that I hope there is a simple answer to.

I have a basic modem and I have edited the pnc file that has the AT commands
that my modem will not support (most of them).  For right now the only
command I need is ATZ (reset) to have ECS hang up the phone.  The
phone-interface-c item appears to work.

1.  I run a ftp command file-The computer dials up (using my ISP dial up
adapter)
2.  The ftp session works fine
3.  I set phone-interface-c to reset and I get the following W95 error:
     open err on COM4 (W95 err#5 Access denied)

Anyone have any suggestions
