Carl, Mark,

I figured it out.  EDM did not like the .txt file I created so I created a
file with EDM and it works fine.

Mark- I thought I needed colons from the documentation, however realized I
didn't.

Carl- You may be having the same problems I did.  Try creating a brand new
file in EDM. Be sure to include quit in the EDM command file.

Mark- Still have a question on the modem.  I disabled all but ATZ and ATX4
from the phnc file.  Phone-interface-c appears to work but when I try to
reset the item a W95 error occurs: W95 err #5 access denied.  Any ideas.
