Mark,

I am not quite sure I understand.  W95 has the port(to dial up) and the
dial-up will not release control when I set phone-interface-c to reset (I
think that is what is happening: Is the error that is occuring from W95
telling ECS that it cannot have the port?).  How does the DOS session figure
in?
