Hello everyone, I found something strange with ECS 3.4

When ECS 3.4 is running and I open Microsoft Word the window is stuck on the
right side of my screen.  I can't move it.  I see a majority of the program
and word seems to work just fine.  When I shut down ECS the window opens in
the middle and will move fine.  Any ideas why this happens.  I am not
complaining about it just found it strange.
