ECS/WUI:
Fixed the err#0068 err during phn-c recording.

ctrl-x is now supported (info is wr tten to dbg.tmp)

The KEYBOARD-KEY Item now becomes ACTIVE when appropriate.

The END operator is no longer needed for events
(and is suppressed from the drop-down).

I fixed a bug which was triggerd when you deleted an event-line:
This would cause the following event to be "deleted" (in memory
only - NOT in your cfg file).

Fixed a bug which could cause an extra form-feed to be
inserted in ecs.cfg on saves.

MICHAEL, Please run same test with this upload and email
me CPT.TMP, DBG.TMP, and your x.cfg.
