Hi Mark,

I downloaded the latest revision of 4.0 and am getting error 0068 in a new
way.  The beginning of my event to play phone messages has the following
lines:

1	If    	Phone:Play All		Is	Off
2	And	Phone:Play New	Is 	Off
3	Then	ECS:Event exit		Set	True

The two phone items are appliance type.  If I set Phone:Play All to "on" I
will get error 0068 at line 2 AFTER the message that I have no messages left
has been spoken.  If I set Phone:Play New to "on" there is no error 0068 at
all.
