Mark, The intent of this specific post wasn't to provide any specifics but to learn if the problems I am having are unique to my system or if other people aren't seeing issues because they aren't using phone-interface-c. I have posted the specifics of any issues I am having, but understand they can get buried amongst others. Additionally I need a good kick now and then to remind me that your mind must be getting numb form all the work you are doing and I could surely be more specific :). In a nutshell my issues with phone service have been: This dreaded error 0068 Have (only 1 time) locked up the system during a remote phone session ECS doesn't always set the number of new messages back to 0 once a message has been played. Can't always delete messages (I am sure this is related to the above) If there are several messages only the most recent will play (resulting in a seek failure 6240/2689 error) So far all phone issues have related to message playback. Everything else has worked just as it should. Here is a copy of the section of the post related to the seek failure error: >>Today I got a new error that can be replicated the same way this error (error 0068) is: >>seek failure 6240/2689 >>Those numbers (6240/2689) do vary. >>When somebody first gets home and pushes our "home" button all phone >>messages should play. Today we had 12 messages however only the last >>message left played. My wife went out again and when she returned home >>there were two additional messages. Neither of these played. The log gave >>no clue as to why messages were not playing. When I tried to play them my >>self I generated the above error. I finally had to reload the "old" ECS to >>play messages.
