Fixed problem whereby a just-played message could not be deleted.

Modified group-item windows such that an empty area exists in the
middle for dragging.

Fixed a bug with PHONE-INTERFACE-D which could cause
problems with OTHER serial devices (THANKS MICHAEL).

Fixed a bug which could cause a CRASH when a Group
or Event was deleted.
