Dan, hundreds of customers (including myself) have been using
the REDAC and the ZOOM for many years now without the problems
you describe. ECS, ECST, nor ECSW can never be "too busy" to
service the phone. I suspect that you have a hardware conflict.
Also, what changed to trigger this problem ?
