Carl,

I have been using a old Zoom 14.4 data/voice/fax.  I don't recall the exact
model number, but it is the one that mark recommended for the DOS version of
ECS.  Other than no way to control volume and a little poorer sound quality
I have had no issues with this modem and version 3.4 of ECS at all.  I have
been having phone-interface-c issues with the beta version but I am going to
guess that those issues are not modem related.

Of course the real trick is where to find that old modem!
