I have a question about the "Average" type item.

I am attempting to average the temperature readings from my sensors
(LM-34's read through Prairie Digital 40, 8-bit A-D converter).

Mark's example configuration uses a count of 200 for the temperature
average item. 

My question is:  How often is the average calculated?

	1.  Each pass through the event (it is not called)

	or

	2.  Each time ECS fetches a new A/D conversion?

	or

	3.  Only when the "count" value is reached as specified in the Average
Type Item?

	-and- if #3 is true, how often is the average count incremented?  Each
pass through the CFG or each fetch of a A/D conversion?
