Mark,

I just installed the latest download but receive an error on startup.
During initialization I receive the error:

"No Item @ line 1832"

The verbiage may be slightly different, like an idiot I didn't write it
down.  In any event line 1832 is a BLANK line in an event. The lines
immediately before and after the blank line are setting a TEXT type item to
be spoken (via a THEN statement) and a TIME type item (in an IF statement).
I reloaded the last upload (11/10) and that still runs fine.

Hello all - I am about to upload ecs.zip (including ECSD/ECST).
I am now working on ECS.HTM (manual), which i think is a
good sign.

ECS.EXE/WUI:
TTS output now plays as .WAV file when it is triggered
via user-interaction (setting Item so SPEAK, etc).
This allows for rw/ff/pause, AND allows SPEAK-MESSAGES
to be aborted when speaking text messages.

Fixed data-entry problem reported by Michael.
