I can't imagine what could be causing this, and I can't reproduce
it since my sct-ifc-a is down. Can anyone else replicate this problem ?
Since the are NO conditional compilations on the sct-ifc-a
code, it should operate IDENTICALLY with ECS/ECST/ECSW.
