Hello Marcus,

Welcome to home automation! I have been using ECS for years. It is the
most powerful program around! Read the manual about the devices supported.
You can contact the sources directly or throuch catalogues. I purchase many
items through Home Controls 1-800-266-8765 and Home Automation Systems
1-800-762-7846. Call them for a catalogue. You will see many of the
products available. Some of the basic items you will probably need are an
X-10 controller, an infrared controller, relay and sensor modules, and
security sensors, as well as speakers for voice. Have fun and join the
ECS-list to learn more.
