I am experiencing the Ver 4.0 slowdown in ECST.  Each time I go between F2
F3 etc it is slow but what was even slower and more painful was changing an
Item.  Modify Item Type in a new name say and hit F5.  You got to wait
while ECS says writing line 1000, line 2000 etc, finally modifing item and
finally you get your PC back.  This was very frustrating!!
I am using the same .cfg as ver 3.4 except replaced my semicolons with
colons and the slowdown is annoying.
