RE: [ECS] Zoom Modem volume

Dan,

Although I have been using this modem flawlessly with ECS (windows versions)
my two biggest gripes about it have been volume control and sound quality.
When I first got the modem several years ago it came with voice mail
software (long since gone) that allowed for volume control. Other than that
I have never found anyway to raise the volume on the modem speaker. I have
never tried a powered speaker. I find that routing the messages through the
sound card gives a pretty decent volume.

Is there any way to control the volume of the Zoom 14.4 modem? The book
on the modem says it is software adjustable. I searched the ECS manual
and did not find anything about adjusting the Phone-ifc-c volume.

Thanks
Dan
